AVP - Structured Finance - BFSI

Position - AVP / V.P Structured Finance.

Location - Mumbai / Delhi.

MBA / CA.

Job Role :

- Originating deals with infrastructure sector from existing and potential clients, banks and intermediaries at the project and corporate level.

- Conducting extensive due-diligence of infrastructure projects and corporates including detailed analysis of the regulatory environment.

- Creating detailed financial models for analyzing projects, incorporating various elements of risk and adverse scenarios.

- Structuring credit facilities and security structures, covenants (internal & external) based on the client's requirement.

- Negotiating pricing, security structure, covenants, terms and conditions of the proposed deal with clients.

- Effectively working with cross-functional teams such as Credit & Risk, Operations, Treasury, Compliance and Legal, to ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients.
