Key deliverables of the role include:
Project management of key locational and strategic initiatives for Bangalore
Creating high impact professional, business case, reports etc. for senior leadership
Transforming raw data, ideas & concepts into effective visual representations
Project manage and steer locational initiatives spanning across growth and stakeholder management.
Adaptable to a range of challenging projects and have a strong interest in technology, innovation and financial services.
Contributing to and support the initiatives that address strategy for Bangalore.
Develop multi-level relationships to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project on agreed terms
Good communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders of different levels
Managing engagements with external consultants
Planning and executing multiple projects concurrently across multiple stakeholder groups
Structuring analysis of technology, market and industry trends that will impact our business
About the team
To actively support the Location and Strategic Initiatives team by steering, coordinating and/or project managing initiatives, engagements and strategic themes for Bangalore
Design and produce professional, business case, reports etc. for senior leadership
Contribute towards locational strategy by steering initiatives around growth, innovation and stakeholder management. .
To develop relations, globally and locally, towards identifying opportunities and themes that match the Bangalore location's aspirations and implement them.
To support & manage locational Metrics reporting & analysis for SR Bangalore
About You
Overall 6 - 8 years of work experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in Project Management, Banking or other financial services in an consulting environment would be preferred
Project (end to end) and Program management skills proven on complex or large scale projects with key stakeholders
Exposure to multi-cultural work environment
Strong data management & metrics reporting skills
