AVP Strategy (Operations Excellence) - Edutech Mumbai (Tier 1 MBA College)

Responsibilities:

Major role would be to look after operation excellence of the company, business process improvement, increase efficiency of business and operations.look after performance analytics and planning of the company

- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Build org effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Strong knowledge on operation excellence.

- Driving multiple project with high quality process excellence

Requirements:

- 4+ years in new B2B strategy & operation excellence roles.

- Significant experience in pan-India strategy & operation excellence and Handling successful key projects with a volume, high quality operation excellence is required

- Excellent in skills like New sales strategy, Key account handling and building a long term relationship with the school.

- Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.

Qualifications - BE/ MBA from Tier 1 institute.
