AVP - Strategy & Growth - Internet/Online - IIM A,B,C/SP Jain/ISB/IIFT/XLRI/FMS

- Must be Alumnus an of IIMA/IIMB/IIMC/SP Jain/ISB/IIFT/XLRI/FMS.

- 3-6 years post PG experience.

- Should have handled growth in the current role, with proven track record.

- Experience in a consulting firm would be a big advantage.

- eCommerce experience/Brand management experience ideal

- Knowledge of all facets of marketing

- Experience in digital marketing (paid & retention) is a big plus.

The Role :

- Drive the growth strategy of the organisation to achieve ambitious milestones.

- Owning marketing & business metrics.

- Driving growth through the usage of marketing channels & levers

- Marketing planning, business projections, budget planning and tracking achievements vs. targets
