AVP - Strategy Development & Execution

The position is with Payment Services and they are looking for AVP - Strategy Development and Execution

- Works closely with the business and growth & strategy team in identifying and executing critical business partnerships

- Analyze industry trends, including competitive markets, verticals, and regulatory/compliance

- Develop analysis around investment areas

- Manage FP&A, and lead revenue and cost initiatives

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

- Analyze financial data - and create financial models for decision support

- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

- Work closely with the business and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support valuate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Digital Business Unit where the role will be to work in strategy formulation and implementation, pricing, revenue and cost management, reporting and problem shooting for this vertical.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

- CA/MBA Finance

- 5-7 years' experience.

- Excellent oral & written communication.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and good self-management discipline.

- Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environment.
