This position is based with a Life Insurance company,where a candidate with strong experience in Channel Marketing,Marketing Strategy's & Branding is required.

Key Performance Areas

1. Marketing Strategy Development & Planning:

- Develop the annual business & experiential marketing strategy in line with the business objectives.

- Define delivery vehicles/ activation ideas by channel and post sales customer touch points to achieve business objectives

- Chalk out execution plans and annual activity calendar by channel and customer service touch points

- Design measures and metrics to track marketing impact in the delivery of business objectives

2. Channel/ Business Marketing Implementation:

- Analyzing market, competition and consumer behavior and paths to purchase for different product / consumer segments to deliver insights and inputs into Channel Marketing Campaigns

- Define Channel Marketing Activities to create brand awareness & visibility, sales engagement & enablement on various products/ consumer categories in line with the overall strategy

- Develop Annual Activation Calendar and drive delivery with the help of various teams (Channel Sales, Product, Brand Marketing, and DPPM teams etc)

- Design, plan and execute lead generation marketing campaigns in alignment with each channel and its business objectives

3. Brand 360 Experience Management & Implementation:

- Develop the strategy and delivery framework to ensure integrated brand promise delivery at both pre and post sales touch points

- Design and Deliver Brand Expression across Retail Marketing, Paths to Purchase and Interactions during the Consumer Life Time

- Deliver at least 2 turnkey projects in the space of integrated consumer experience across touch points and CLT

4. Leadership & Team Management:

- Manage a team of 7 marketing professionals to deliver the Key Performance Areas for the vertical

- Lead, Coach and Manage the team's talents and skill levels to ensure best in class quality on delivery
