- Should be Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Premier Institute (TISS, MDI, XLRI, XISS, IMT,IIM, Symbiosis, NM, SP Jain, KJ Somaiya) with 8+ years of experience in cross cultural and diverse organizations in different facets of Human Resource function.
- Organisational Developmental initiatives & Change management.
- Strategic Business Plan partnership with Top Management and aligning the HR policy & it is deployment with the Vision and Mission of the organization.
- An exposure to working in implementing Balanced Business Scorecard will be an added advantage.
