Purpose of the job :
- Facilitating the productivity and effectiveness of the Strategic alliances team in pursuing and closing deals in non traditional space
- Research in new ecosystem to acquire new partners
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in emerging, non-traditional spaces in the Life Insurance industry.
- Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments
- Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics
- Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected
- Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
Pre-requisites :
- If from Tier 1 Institute, experience required : 10+ years (MBA Pass out 2008 or before)
- If from other Institutes, experience required : 12+ years (MBA Pass out 2006 or before)
