Role Description:

- This is a full-time role as an AVP Strategic Alliance and Business Development, based in Hyderabad and on-site.

- As an AVP Strategic Alliance and Business Development, you will be responsible for exploring new business verticals/segments in existing accounts, client engagement, opportunity identification, and executing growth plans.

- You will lead the development and execution of business strategies to identify, negotiate, and close large-scale strategic partnerships and alliances.

- Additionally, you will have to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers, and collaborate closely with internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.

- Proven experience as an AVP Strategic Alliance and Business Development or a similar role of atleast 4 years with an IT consulting firm or in the IT services industry in similar capacity.

- Overall, min experience of 12 years is mandatory.

- Experience and knowledge in dealing with strategic alliances across geographies, deal structures, and with the ability to work across teams while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and analyze opportunities and develop compelling business cases.

- A proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude, high energy, and consistently exceeding expectations.

- Ability to travel as needed, to further drive business initiatives.
