We, at Talisman Advisors a search and a selection firm, are looking for an AVP/Senior Manager HR Generalist for a reputed Bank in Mumbai.

Years of Experience: 8 years plus

Education: Full Time MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes only

Compensation: Upto 20 Lacs

Industry-Any, large Corporates Preferred.

Specifics

- Generalist profile with special focus on Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Exit Management, Retention, Employee engagement, Talent management and ensuring consistency in execution of HR initiatives in the organization. Engage & work with key internal stakeholders in a matrixed relationship from Comp & Ben, L&D and Talent Management team.

Skills and expertise includes:

- Sound knowledge of General HR Practices.

- Conceptually strong in Human Resources Management.

- Building and sustaining a high-performance culture in accordance with organizational values.

- Ability to manage high levels of interaction with Top Management.

- Good business judgement and problem solving skills.

- Effective Interpersonal skills.

- Taking initiatives for training & development for improving the employee productivity and efficiency
