Job Description - Reporting to VP Statutory Reporting and managing a team, you would be responsible for:

- Preparing Financial Statements viz Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.

- Overseeing financial statements reporting under USGAAP & IFRS

- Analyzing financial statement, identifying risk relating to financial reporting and performing relevant audit procedures.

- Rendering advice on presentation of accounts and accounting treatment

- Coaching and mentoring of new as well as current team members

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a qualified CA with statutory reporting experience of 5-7 years within Big 4 / Financial Services.

- A thorough understanding of USGAAP & IFRS is a must.

- Experience in working overseas and team management would be beneficial.

- You will have good communication & presentation skills with the ability to work in tight time lines.
