Branch Handling & Monitoring
- Manage entire branch sales & operations.
- Handle a result oriented team of sales & operations.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for the branch.
- Responsible for increasing the GL of the branch by end of the Financial Year.
- Overseeing all kinds of customer service to the walk in customers at the branch.
- Maintaining high level of customer service in the branch.
Branch Administration
- Implementing competent plans for boosting the business with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for meeting pre-determined business objectives and targets.
- Identifying new streams for revenue growth and developing marketing plans to build consumer preference across the assigned regions.
- Determining financial objectives, preparing & implementing systems, policies & procedures for streamlining the branch operations.
- Evaluating processes & procedures to locate possible bottleneck, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.
Banking Operations
- Conducting cross-sell including deposits & insurance over the counter, external sales camps, internal branch operations audits and internal audits.
- Selling current & saving account and 3rd party insurance & investments products & achieving business targets.
- Supervising process account opening forms.
- Managing the process & authorise activation of dormant account, closure of account, term deposit uplift & re-issuance request, debit card request, debit card PIN and cheque book request.
- Overseeing the process & authorise fixed deposit uplift & maturity instructions.
- Directing the process / procedure of the bank & ensuring compliance to rules and regulations of the bank including latest circulars & notifications.
- Resolving customer complaints / queries & account opening along with verification of account opening forms in tune with norms of RBI & making the decision to accept / reject.
- Administering the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.
Customer Relationship Management
- Managing customer centric branch operations, Cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business. Interfacing with high net worth clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution.
