Designation: Snr Manager / AVP

Reporting to: General Manager - Operations

Location: Pune

Overall Experience: 12 + years of relevant experience

Functional Experience: P2P, AP Accounting, & Procurement

Education / Qualification:

- Qualified Accountant (International degree preferred – Chartered Accountant, CPA) / MBA (Finance)

- Well Versed (Excellent working knowledge) with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP Accounting package

Span of Control: 200+ FTEs, 2-3 Managers

Key Accountabilities:

- Be the single point of contact to lead global delivery across 4 delivery centres

- The key processes are Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable with around 200 FTEs globally

- Work closely with client and managers in SLA definition and benchmarking

- Process: Adherence to agreed service level deliverable and internal

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure meeting of SLA targets / turnarounds.

- Managing the reporting both for Internal purposes & dashboard reporting

- Ensuring team delivers quality and drive process excellence (Continuous improvements)

- Maintain process profitability

- Manage the Team and Attrition Targets

- Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes

- Managing the Team activities (training/one-on-one/skips/ internal targets, manage monthly incentives)

- Manage Internal administrative tasks

- Should have managed transactional processes (AP, AR, Collection, Treasury) as well as discretionary process (GL, month end closing, FPNA)

- Travel to client locations and non-India delivery centres to ensure process and people alignment

- This process works during US hours - person in this role will need to be flexible to do late India shifts
