Qualification -
- MBA or an equivalent degree (Full time, 2 year course) in HR from a Premium Institute
- MA-PM&IR, PGDBA with HR, MMS (HR) as a specialisation would be considered at par with MBA-HR
Experience -
- Minimum 7+ years of post qualification experience.
- The candidate should have done core HR work
Job Description -
The Role holder would be handling a team of HR Managers :
a) The team comprises of qualified HR Managers with a pedigree of best institutes and 4-10 years of rich experience in core HR.
b) The team members would have 3 fold KRA’s. Each one would be attached to one or more departments as HR Business Partner. They would also have recruitment channel management and Corporate HR Projects in their KRA’s
c) Responsible for day to day activities and guidance of team members
d) Motivating and inspiring team members towards their goals.
e) In case of absence of any team member the role holder would be required to look after his/her work
Projects would be assigned to the role as per the priorities and as per the Balanced scorecard on Year to year basis.

j) To assess and improve on the individual, Leadership, Group as well as organizational levels ex. Life style inventory, Group Style inventory, OCI etc.
