Role and Accountabilities:
- Handle financial & business research operations of various Consulting & Professional Services clients including Information Service Providers, Database Providers, Consulting and Private Equity Firms
- The candidate will also be responsible for diagnostics of new processes, and managing the projects team undertaking pilot/ad-hoc research projects
- Should be able to plan and manage workflow, turn-around time of deliverables and maintain productivity
- Formulate and negotiate SLAs
- The candidate will also be required to guide a team with expert knowledge and insights on the process
- Will be responsible for managing a team of 50+ FTEs
- Client and Account Management: Formulate and negotiate SLAs during contract drafting, achieve revenue targets, manage client issues, adherence to process KPIs, guide team with expert knowledge and insights, recruitment, training, and appraisal of team members
Knowledge/Qualifications:
- MBA Finance / CA / CFA (or something solid enough)
- Candidate should have 10+ years of research experience in KPOs/Consulting Firms/Investment Banks/Private Equities/Research & Analytics firms etc.
