About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Financial Institution with strong presence across Americas, Europe and APAC region with well established and growing footprint in India. As part of their strategic expansion in India, they are looking for a senior professional as a Senior Manager/AVP to lead their engagement strategy team to develop and execute strategies to deepen relationship across the entire portfolio of retail and corporate clients.

Job Description - Reporting into Director - Marketing, you will lead the team to develop and execute the engagement strategy across portfolio of retail and corporate customers of the bank. You will also be responsible for:

- Partnering with businesses to define end to end engagement strategies for customers including onboarding, activation and managing customer attrition.

- You will work closely with analytics teams to generate customer insights and portfolio knowledge to design innovative engagement programs.

- Work closely with internal and external partners like sales teams to drive roll out the programs and achieve engagement targets.

- You will also build on creating competition knowledge and inculcating best practices into the team.

The Successful Candidate - You should be MBA from Tier-1 Institute (IIM/ISB/XLRI/MDI etc.) with 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing, portfolio strategy or product role with a financial institution.

- Demonstrated success in marketing strategy role with strong analytical skills.

- Ability to synthesize complex data into winning strategies and executable plans.

- Strong track record of success in influencing and managing senior stakeholders.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
