Position: AVP - Special Projects (Process & Quality)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8 to 15 yrs

Education: Grad / CA / ICWA / MBA B School

CTC: 15 to 25 lacs

Preferred: From Banking

Role

- To co-ordinate with different departments in the Bank and understand the pain areas

- To Plan and proceed different types of special projects, identify gaps and propose solutions

- Co-ordination with all levels in the respective department and derive out an action plan

- Follow up with the respective team to complete the actions

- Should have handled reconciliations individually in any financial industry / Bank

- Should have analytical skills to understand complex processes

- Should have handled audit team / part of internal audit

- Should have handled multiple projects at a time

- Should have good communication and presentation skills

- Should be proficient in MS office tools
