Position: AVP - Special Projects (ISO Audit / ISO Auditor)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 10 to 20 yrs

Education : CA / ICWA / MBA B School

CTC: 15 to 25 lacs

Role

- To co-ordinate with different departments in the Bank and understand the processes

- To Plan and proceed with ISO Audit across the various departments

- Co-ordination with all levels in the respective department and derive out an action plan

- Follow up with the respective team to complete the actions

- Implementation of TQM across ESFB

- ISO 9001:2015 implementation & certification

- Should have handled ISO Audit, TQM Process

- Should have analytical skills to understand complex processes

- Should have handled ISO Audit & TQM Teams

- Should have handled multiple projects at a time

- Should have good communication and presentation skills

- Should be proficient in MS office tools
