AVP - Solution Architect - BFSI

- Key contributor or owner in defining and improving enterprise governance practices. Advocate data security standards, policies, and procedures.

- Participate in ARB: review solution architecture to ensure the solutions are in compliance with architecture standards and provide appropriate levels of performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency

- Set strategic directions for Enterprise Architecture.

- Partner with technology leaders and technology architects to define/refine strategy and roadmap.

- Define strategy, reference architectures, and EA roadmaps.

- Partner with LOB teams in designing, specifying and selecting standards, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

- Establish and maintain Enterprise Architecture Principles.

- Provide direction for designing solutions aligned to EA Principles.

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

- Should have 15-20 years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions and management of more junior technical resources.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing deployment architectures.

- 15+ years' experience with 6-8 years of experience gained within insurance or consulting firms; in depth knowledge of insurance industry, of technology and of process

- Experience in defining technical architecture roadmap

- Knowledgeable in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.

- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems
