AVP - Software Delivery - US Healthcare

Our client is a NASDAQ listed software services company. For them we would want to hire a delivery leader, based in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Achieving the revenue and cost targets associated with this account

- Drive best-in-class delivery practices across account and projects with clear focus on enhancing customer experience

- Drive innovation culture within the team

- Build a strong second line of delivery managers and develop capabilities in line with changing demand

- Proactive Risk identification and mitigation

- Work with onsite partner to define, evolve and execute strategy

- Drive the solution, estimates and packaging for proposals

- Ensure proposal/change order are well articulated with no ambiguity

- Drive operational cleanliness and optimization and process discipline

- Responsible for delivering on agreed delivery milestones within the financial framework.

- Ability to work independently and manage all delivery related decisions, working under the overall BU Framework

- Experience in delivering large scale end-end Application development and implementation experience for global customers. (Preferably in Heath care domain). Experience in managing a large complex delivery organization is a must.

- Should have managed cost and revenue targets

- Should have experience in leading large teams (more than 500 resources) in a high performance environment.

- Should have experience in building / setting up large teams, coaching PMs/architects and overall people development

- Should possess excellent customer management skills, relationship building & responsible for overall customer satisfaction.

- Should have experience in nurturing and growing large accounts
