Social Media Analytics - AVP

Job Requirement

Social Media Experience: 2-3 years

- Exposure level to social media channels - Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Blogs, etc.

- Possess understanding of data mining and analysis / reporting applications such as Radian 6 or Attensity,.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Social Media

- Able to identify, evaluate and recommend latest operational platforms in Social Media

Team-work and Capability Building

- Work closely with industrialization leads, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams

- Hire and manage a team of functional (Social Media) analytics experts

Skills

- Extremely proficient with MS Office productivity tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to relate analysis results to business outcomes

Marketing Analytics/Related Domain Experience:

- Experience in the areas of Marketing Dashboards, Campaign Management, Customer Segmentation, Customer Profiling and Channel Optimization

Background

- Total 10-15 years of experience with last 3-4 years spent in Social Media Analytics and Team

- Preferably with Marketing background.

- Preferred candidate is an MBA from Top MBA institute (Top 10-15) with appropriate Work Experience.
