Job Description :
- This is a leadership role with excellent operational execution skills. This is an ideal role for an Operations leader in the B2B SaaS space who aspires to become a business leader by digitally transforming processes.
- An ideal candidate would be a leader of operations with a client-facing role in a B2B SaaS Company.
- The person who aspires to elevate to a business leader position and has a knack and domain expertise to review and digitally transform business processes
- The candidate would have proven experience in the digital transformation of processes by engaging with multiple stakeholders in/ outside the company.
- This is a leadership role and requires end-to-end execution of business
Responsibilities and Duties :
- End to end Digital first and fully digital business- zero-touch and zero friction
- Customer acquisition- servicing marketing leads, trial, order, payment, and agreement
- Customer servicing - Onboarding, sponsor and employee engagement, reporting, ordering (per employee and addons) , subscription management, billing, and collection
- Additionally, Run the customer acquisition for D segment (now end to end -acquisition to servicing) and develop SRD for 'to be' for customer acquisition with business and technology for tech team to build
- Beta test end-to-end platform
- Finalize Change plan for existing customers, business plan for D segment
- Go live and move of existing customers to a new model
- Run the business as an integrated (acquisition and servicing) new unit to realize the growth vision
