They have pan India presence with more than 20 regional and branch offices with 1200+ employee strength.
Position: AVP-Services Sales
Reporting to: CEO
Role: Driving and leading Services sales nationally
Job summary -
- To drive sales and marketing of services nationally and build and chart out the growth trajectory of services business of the company.
- The incumbent would be based at our head office at Noida but should be willing to travel across the country and overseas to reinvigorate the business goals.
Key Responsibilities -
- New business development of IT Services like AMCs & solutions related to services in Enterprise and govt sector.
- To achieve the defined business plans & goals
- Managing account receivables for his business division.
- Ensure Delivery as per the SLA of the clients.
- Responsible for maintaining P&L.
- Should be able to independently meet prospective customers for fulfilling their service requirements.
Qualification & experience: BE/B. tech/MCA/MBA with 13-23 years of relevant experience
Traits:
- Should be a go getter and be at ease with travelling.
- Self-motivated, achiever and shall be able to lead a team of 1000+ across the country.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills, business forecasting skills, team builder & a motivator.
