AVP Service Quality
1. Actively involved/managed Service Initiatives in the organization.
2. Managed/Developed Service Quality measurements
3. Proficiency in Project Management methodology & hands on experience of Quality toolscreate & develop a 4 Strong Service culture in the organization through a Service Strategy.
4. Efficiently design and drive Service Initiatives across functions in order to position the organizational Service Delivery as best in class within the Industry.
5. Design and roll out Service Quality Models
6. Develop an approach for analyzing effectiveness of key processes & arrive at a service measurement matrix across all functions
Post Graduate with Minimum 10 years of experience. Preferable a Black Belt certified (Minimum Green Belt)
