Location : Pune

Job Description :

- The incumbent will be responsible for hiring delivery in BPO / ITeS

- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to hire resources(for BPO) within the specified hiring timelines.

- Ensure the team optimally utilizes the different channels for recruitment.

- Maintain the Cost Per Hire as per set goals and work towards improvising it further

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

- Network internally and externally to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders

- Gather market intelligence on competitor landscape, talent pool and compensation data

- Motivate team members and discover training needs and provide coaching.

- Recommend incremental improvements to our current processes will be welcomed

Knowledge or Skills Requirements :

- Must have prior experience in leading a team of recruiters to deliver for BPO processes.

- Stakeholder management is a pre-requisite

- Business acumen to be strong

- Any projects done in the space of diversity/technology will be an add on to the profile

- Strong understanding of BPO Industry ; Trends, Landscape and Talent Pool

- Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing processes and procedures

- Understanding of recruitment Analytics, pipeline management and yield analysis

- Familiarity of any ATS
