Description

Reporting into the Business Head, this role would have the below key responsibilities:

- Translating new product strategy shared by the Product Marketing Managers into a product vision, goals, detailed requirements, and prototypes

- Owning the product roadmap

- Defining the overall product and product experience for users

- Writing requirement specifications for all new product offerings working closely with Product Marketing Managers or sales channels or other key stakeholders

- Working with Engineering to make product trade-offs based on development feasibility / cost versus product / business impact - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met

- Conducting pro-active research on potential features for products and work through Product Marketing Managers to assess feasibility Partner Engagement

Profile

- A B. Tech + MBA (Full Time from Tier 1 or 2) with minimum 7 years of work experience post MBA in a product management role in a SAAS product or an E-commerce company.

- At least 5-6 years' experience of managing a team of product managers

- Play an active role in requirement gathering, wireframe preparation, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing for at least one significant product / project

- Experience in Secondary Research & Documentation

- Demonstrate flair for software products / services

- Experience in development of UX on software applications is desired

- Good Project Management skills, Innovative Thinking & Attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
