Role : AVP / Senior Manager - Procurement -Platform Services ( Implementation Specialist for Ariba / Coupa)
This position will be expected to use discretion in applying best practices and procedures to resolve issues, demonstrate a broad and thorough understanding and application of technical and/or specialized concepts and knowledge in procurement business process, lifecycle for sourcing, contracts and PO/invoicing.
This role has a need to have a strong background in Ariba / Coupa deployment and Administration.
The Individual will need to respond to RFP/RFQ's and/or participate with Sales team pre-sales. The person will help the APAC practice of Platform Services grow and mature, and provide leadership to the growing APAC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the best practice lead to client for pre and post deployment programs and projects Optimization
- Supplier Enablement Strategy
- Change Management Strategy and plan creation (Stakeholder mapping/assessments, Communication Plan and Training Plan)
- Procurement Systems (i.e Ariba, Coupa, Jagger) pre and post deployment services and support
- Manage multiple clients and objectives
- Manage a growing team of junior to mid-level resources in a matrix organization
- Support Pre-Sales as a subject matter expert
Work Experience / Educational Qualifications:
- PG / MBA / Graduate with 5-10 years of work experience in operational, procurement management, consulting capacity with 4 or more years of relevant Ariba and/or Coupa and strategic procurement experience
- Prior management experience supervising 5 or more people
- Must have Ariba / Coupa Implementation Experience
- Experience responding to RFP's/RFQ's and working with Sales teams
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to develop and implement processes across multiple procurement systems
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internally, with client stakeholders, and the supplier community)
- High degree of administration and deployment proficiency in Ariba / Coupa business modules
- Experience in using different procurement software and ERPs.
- Strong knowledge in Upstream and Downstream product and tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management
- Creation of communications
