Role :
- Drafting, vetting and negotiating various types of contracts and documentation
- Exposure to all aspects of corporate legal documentation
- Good knowledge about regulatory compliance and approval issues
- Expertise in legal issues concerning corporate governance, ethics, contracts and employment law.
- Liasoning independently with law firms / lawyers / Counsels / internal stake holders
Qualification :
- LLB ( 5 years integrated )
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in Corporate practice ( preferably with a Law Firm )
- Excellent communication skills
