AVP/Senior Manager - Learning & Development - BFSI/KPO

One of our leading client is looking for Learning & Development professional.

- Overall experience of about 10-12 years

- Technical and professional training experience in the areas of behavioral training, leadership training, on-boarding and personal effectiveness modules.

- Good experience of - best in class- content and program design.

- Ability to lead and direct a group toward a defined goal

- Must be self-motivated and self-managed with strong follow across the learning cycle

Few Role responsibilities are mentioned below:

- As a senior facilitator establish personal credibility with an audience at Leadership level

- Work with SME & Design team to ensure that the latest versions of all training courses are used, keep up to date in the prescribed format and are compliant with all internal and external polices, processes and regulatory requirement.
