Role & Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing Compensation and Benefits for India employees.
- Incumbent will be involved in managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the year-end annual review cycle, job analysis/evaluation whenever required.
- Responsible for proposing and executing change with respect to C&B policies and guidelines.
- Will manage a team of 3-4 members for driving C&B for organization, approx headcount to be managed is 20k+ in India.
Qualification:
- MBA with 9+ years of post MBA experience in C&B space.
- Experience of managing senior level compensation with understanding of deferred compensation, ESOPs etc.
- People Management experience is a must
