AVP/Senior Manager - Java Technology - Mortgage Domain

Hiring for Senior Java Technology Manager (AVP) for Leading US based Investment Bank

Looking for Strong Java Leaders with 18-20 yrs of experience managing a team of 300+ employees in a onsite/offshore delivery model

- Expertise in delivering project in Waterfall/ agile and other models

- Strong written and verbal communications, with great problem solving ability

- Should actively engage with Business and Technology Partners with respect to delivery

- Active Stakeholder management and problem solving ability is required

- Current experience in working in BFSI - Retail or commercial Mortgage domain will be added advantage

- Long term experience of working in US with exposure to US banking/ Mortgage area would be highly appreciated

- Strong exp in Delivering Large Scale Java Projects in distributed environments and working with latest technology is required
