Job Description ( Detailed )
- Collect and consolidate HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys.
- Analyse HR data using statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to identify insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
HR Insights and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and visualisations that communicate HR analytics findings.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and provide insights on specific HR topics to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support the design and evaluation of HR programs, policies, and processes based on analytics insights.
- Leverage HR analytics to improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
