AVP/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - NBFC

A) Finance & Accounts

i. Supervision and training of accounting staff.

ii. Review of MIS, Product wise P&L, and other management reports.

iii. Guidance on the accounting and taxation part of new products.

iv. Guide technology provider in generating various accounting reports.

v. Periodic review and analysis of portfolio and AUM, including information and reporting submission to various stakeholders

vi. Analyzing financial data and assisting with statutory and internal audits and reviews including preparation of financial statements

vii. Preparation of financial models, operational models and budgeting, and other secondary reports.

viii. Tracking the company's debt profile and its timely repayment of all dues.

ix. Preparation of INDAS financials (including required notes and workings).

x. Tracking and monitoring Tally accounts on regular basis with the help of assistant.

xi. Working closely with auditor for balance Sheet finalisation and closure

B) Compliances and Investor Relationship

i. Periodic review and analysis of portfolio and AUM, including information and reporting submission to various stakeholders - banks, security trustees, etc.

ii. Coordination and managing Investor relations, lender relations, trustee relations - including ensuring timely servicing of borrowing and other financial obligations

iii. Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.

iv. Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

v. Monitoring of regular compliance of covenants.

Skill Sets & Qualification :

i) In dept knowledge of updated version of Tally application and use.

ii) Good excel skills and building financials Projections and analysis

ii) Updated with basic RBI guidelines and Policies applicable for NBFCs

iii) Clear understanding of basic Finance concepts.

iv) Clear understanding of Financial Accounting concepts, Accounting Standards and IndAS
