Role : AVP/Senior Manager - Ethics and Compliance ( IT / Management Consulting Organisation)

Location : Delhi NCR/Mumbai

Job Description :

1. Employee Interactions : Connecting with employees across locations through 1:1/group interactions and address behavioral/other concerns raised.

2. Resolve complex employee conflicts and grievances : leveraging strong mediation and negotiation skills to promote fair and equitable resolutions while maintaining positive employee relations

3. PoSH : Experience in handling PoSH Regulations, investigations and related compliances.

4. Internal investigations : Excellent analytical and investigative skills to identify, assess risks and conduct research.

5. Internal compliances : Manage internal/external compliance requirements to the extent required.

6. Training : Develop and deliver innovative and impactful training programmes (online and classroom). This includes content development, working with external vendors, release/delivery of trainings and follow up on training completion.

7. Effective communication campaigns : Create content and work with relevant internal/external stakeholders to conduct impactful awareness campaigns. This could include posters, emails, online, social media and other methods.

8. Stakeholder management : Capacity to exchange with different functions and be able to understand in a short time frame roles & responsibilities including existing processes

9. Other : Ongoing assistance to the team on activities / initiatives (including certain administrative tasks) that may be relevant to the function.

Educational Qualification/Work Experience/Skills :

- MBA/PG/LLB other relevant with minimum 10+ years experience. Relevant certifications like Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) would be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in corporate investigations, compliance/ethics and/or audit (external /internal).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including demonstrable experience analyzing data.

- Meticulous, committed attitude and an eye for detail.

- Good interpersonal and networking skills.

- Open to travel (when required).
