This position will be responsible for :
- Building a robust sales pipeline for B2B deals for the vertical
- Prospecting, hunting & closing deals to onboard new partners to drive revenues.
- Manage end to end onboarding of new partners
- Manage partner on-boarding providing a clear view on stages of engagement vs planned timelines
- Ensure partner-specific engagement SOPs are followed
- Work with Tech team to ensure best in class onboarding experience to partners (Interface between partner tech teams & ALIC tech teams during integrations)
- Provide regular market/environment feedback as inputs to strategy
Qualifications & Competencies :
- Graduate / post graduate with significant B2B sales experience
- Should have fair experience in BFSI/Ecommerce and inclination towards learning
- Needs to be receptive and outspoken
- Skilled in Social selling
- Ability to build/start from the scratch.
- This position will involve cold calling to build the pipeline.
Good to have :
- Sales experience in solution selling of digital products/Fintech start-ups/Experience in enterprise sales (Hunting profile)
- Any experience in project management/product launch/tech integration
