AVP/Sr Manger-Business process risk management & audit
Job Description :
- Should have worked in an ORM profile or done internal audits in F&A
- Should have experience in forensic audit / fraud investigations
- 8+ years of post qualification experience in ORM and audit
Minimum qualification : CA
- Candidate should have worked in an audit & ORM role for F&A
- Independent, analytical in approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with people at different levels
- Conversant with Risk based audit approach, risk assessments and is comfortable with use of automated audit tools
- Familiarity with ERPs
- Good presentation and report writing skills
- Command over MS Excel, Word and Power point
- Should have led a team and should have good project management skills
Job description :
- Candidate is required to manage the BPRM & A program.
- Execution of assignments considering time-frame & resource utilization
- Carry out reviews for risk assessments; recommend controls to be institutionalized in the process. Prepare a report and discussion with operations leader
- Review and project manage audit assignment as per audit calendar and evaluate process controls. Prepare reports with value added recommendations to management and risk committees
- Job may require travel (~30-40%) and may at times require the candidate to work on shifts that partially overlap with the operations team to be able to carry out assignments
- Carry out and conclude audit/investigatory work with planned approach and within agreed time frames
- Track the implementation status of open gaps in risk assessment and audits and present and report to the appropriate forums
