Job Description :

- Lead the team responsible for KRA/KPI and Incentive computation

- Responsible for framing of KRA/KPI policies in discussion with Business Heads

- Analysis on achievements & present to Business Heads and CHRO via Excel & Qlik Sense

- Prepare monthly , quarterly and Annually dashboards

- Manage rewards & recognition for business contests

- Coordinate with the Finance team for variable incentive provisioning

- Presenting data analysis to senior management

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely

Qualifications :

- MBA with 6 ~ 8 years of experience in business intelligence

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Python
