Job Designation : AVP / Sr. Manager - Business Development

Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 5 - 7 years
Job Responsibilities :
- Creating the region's BD plan and overseeing its implementation
- Projecting the region's sales targets by evaluating the past performance, market conditions, etc.
- Monitoring performance with targets and competition, and taking corrective measures in case of deviations
- Understanding the product and market dynamics, and accordingly realigning marketing strategies
- Communicating with brokers, (members of the Exchange) on role of commodity exchanges, price discovery methods, fair trade practices, compliances, trading techniques, opportunity loss in any commodity etc.
- Ensuring tie-ups with market associations and trade bodies
- Building relationships with large local brokers and physical market players, especially from the agri domain, to increase volumes
Skills/Expertise :
- Must be a graduate.
- Should have good knowledge about multi commodity market, especially agri commodity.
- Should be good in communication.
