AVP/Senior Manager - AIF Compliance

- To ensure day-to-day regulatory and investment compliances under AIF, PMS and MF Regulations issued by SEBI and other authorities

- To ensure compliances of various offshore businesses under the relevant laws

- To prepare and review various Compliance reports for submission to Board and SEBI.

- To handle end-to-end work related to new product launches under AIF and PMS and to the extend required, for Mutual Fund as well including preparation of PPM, Contribution Agreements, Disclosure Documents, SID/SAI/KIM.

- To liaise with the Regulators for new products/licenses as well as for ad-hoc requirements

- To keep update on regulatory changes, orders, guidelines etc. and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

- To coordinate and review periodic data required by SEBI, APMI, IVCA, RBI etc.

- To assist in automation projects of various compliance activities.

- To coordinate for data & information required for SEBI Inspection, Statutory and Internal Audit.

- To oversee compliance with Employee Dealing Guidelines, Code of Conduct and undertake review of transactions as per PMLA Regulations.

- To prepare and coordinate for release of statutory notices and addenda.

- To draft and oversee compliance with internal Bandhan AMC policies.

- To provide appropriate training to the Employees of the company.
