AVP/Senior Manager - Accounting Process - BPO/ITeS/KPO

Role : AVP / Sr.Manager - Accounting Process

Location : Delhi NCR

Job purpose :

- To manage the delivery of RTR operations including Reconciliations, Month End Close, JE processing, Fixed Assets and Banking teams.

- To manage Country Controllers and Finance Directors across geographies

- To manage internal Accenture operations like hiring, internal controls, trainings, SLAs management, improvement and business outcome projects etc.

Main Accountabilities :

Technical Knowledge :

- End-to-end understanding of Accounting processes (Sub-ledger - Ledger - Trial Balance - Financials - Reporting etc.)

- Sound understanding and application knowledge on accounting principles (Consistency, Conservatism, Accrual, Going Concern, Matching, Revenue Recognition)

- Understanding of complete RTR processes including MEC, Recons, Accounting concepts

- Educational Qualification - Post Graduate in Commerce or Finance / CA / ICWA

- Hands on experience on IFRS

- Hands on experience on HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

- Experience in JD Edwards preferred

- Financial reviews including variance analysis

- Good knowledge on Excel skills, commonly used functionalities include (vlookup, Pivots, If, Subtotals etc.)

Communication and Soft Skills :

- Role involves extensive communication with Chief Accounting Office / Finance Director for the country.

- Communication include presentation of financials including Balance Sheet review, Variance Analysis

- Suggestions for change of processes

Educational Qualifications : MBA (F) / CA / CPA / ICWA qualification preferred
