Position: AVP / Senior Fixed Income Dealer - Institutional Sales Team

About the Client:

Our client is registered with RBI as a Non Deposit taking Systemically Important Non-Banking Finance Company having external rating A Stable from CARE. They offer a wide bouquet of loan products i.e. SME Financing , Loan against Property, Unsecured Business Loan, Personal Loan, Receivable Financing, Medical Equipment Finance and IPO finance etc. to meet the growing credit requirements.

Position Detail:

We are looking for a mid-level Professional in Mumbai with exposure in Institutional Sales team / Treasury in Merchant Banking OR in M.F / Insurance, Bond Investment team.

Key Responsibility Area:

- Have good connect and relationship with the Fixed Income Institutional Investors based in Mumbai.

- Should have good existing relationship with Major Insurance and Mutual Funds for placement of regular and Structured Bond issue. Preferred experience in placement of at least Rs1000Crs of AAA rated Bond Issue and INR 500crs of Structured Bond Issue at M.F/ Insurance.

- Candidates from Merchant Banker/ Arrangers fraternity is preferred; but candidate from NBFC / Mutual Fund / Insurance Industry having connect with all key Fixed Income Institutional Investors for placement of Bond Issue can also apply.

- Min 5+ years of work experience in Placement & Relationship management of the M.F/ Insurance Institutional Investors in Bond Issue.

- Experience with Bank treasury / Bank PF Trust for placement of NCD will be added required credentials.

Desired Profile:

- CA/ MBA with 5+ year experience

- Connect & experience of placing AAA rated bond issue with Top 5 Mutual Funds and Top 5 Insurance Institutional Investors

- Extensive network with relationships across banks and financial institutions.

- Independent drive to secure business, accomplish business targets and work with inter-disciplinary team collaboratively to provide superior financial advisory services.

Salary: As per experience, Max around INR 30 lakhs
