Job Responsibilities and task:
- Conceptualize high profit arbitrage mandates and Coordinate with other GCs for conceptualization of high value mandates.
- Conduct marketing on own or through marketing team for Conceptualized high profit arbitrage mandates and file tenders with disciplined approach.
- Set targets of marketing and execution with team and monitor them on weekly basis.
- Monitoring of Billing and cash realization.
- Trainning of personnel - group training and individual training.
- Periodic meeting with important clients.
- Periodic review of EMDs and BGs and targets of all persons and also to review highvalue tender, and express their interest, formaly to tender team, as soon as tender is available and create MIS for tenders at the earliest for proper evaluation.
- Extremely high quality delivery, benchmarking to international standards especially high value mandates.

Education: MBA Power Management / Advance PG Diploma in RE / PG Diploma in Electricity Regulations / Certified M& V Professional.

Job Description: Day to day activities involve
- Conceptualize high profitability arbitrage mandates/ replicable nature/ repeat business and develop OTs and conduct marketing on own or through other associates. Also monitor the tenders being filed and conduct necessary risk analysis and work with identification of private sector.
- Develop commercial approach in each of the businesses.
- To generate profitability such that efficient and effective resources can be paid salary higher than market.
- Understand training requirements and conduct necessary training for associates who are doing marketing so that they are most productive and Set marketing targets of various associates for developing business and monitor the same.
- Develop extremely high quality relationship with Best Clients and also monitor and develop the Best Clients of marketing team applicable.
- Develop highly motivated marketing team equipped with all necessary tools for procuring high profitability business.
- Develop knowledge in the sector as expert to leverage for commercial benefit.
- Setting Project completion and quality targets to team and monitoring the same on fortnightly basis.
- Performance Monitoring & Training of personnel - group training and individual training.
