P&L Head

- Overall ownership of the identified customer base.

- Build customer base in the targeted segment and deliver Customer Market Share (CMS)

- Focus on achieving top line subscriber base and deliver the Revenue Market Share (RMS)

- Enrich customer experience to ensure customer loyalty.

1. Enhance Customer Market Share (CMS)

- Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.

- Drive programs and strengthen relationships with external partners.

- Strategize initiatives to achieve CMS through scheme planning, productivity enhancement and monitoring competition activity.

2. Enhance Revenue Market Share (RMS)

- Ensure timely recharge of the existing customer base to avoid churn.

- Enhance and promote usage of higher value plans.

- Identify opportunities to develop a roadmap for maximising revenue from all revenue streams and across all product lines

- Analyse Market Shares across product offerings, and benchmark against competition to devise strategies for achieving market leadership

3. Enrich customer experience to improve customer loyalty

- Ensure customer delight and seamless customer experience at every touch point.

- Proactively perform a root cause analysis of customer complaints to reduce incidents of such complaints.

4. Customer Base Management and Usage Pattern Analysis

- Drive Customer Data Journey during the recharge cycle (84 days) and analyse customer insights for driving new acquisitions and revenue enhancement through end-user usage pattern analysis, by studying various facets of customer behaviour.

- Focussed initiatives to attract the high value competition customers.

- Proactively perform a root cause analysis of customer complaints

- Overall customer market share

- Acquisition - gross add and net add

- Overall revenue market share & segment P&L

- Customer satisfaction

Education:

BE/ B Tech

MBA/PGDM-Tier 1 Institute (Marketing/Finance/Operations)

Experience: 9 - 15 years

Age: 32 - 40 years (Based on type of segment)

Ideal Candidate Profile Prior experience in segment / category management and marketing with hands on exposure to sales operations & channel management. Experience in P&L management highly desirable

Industry: FMCG, Tech. Platform Start-ups. Prior experience in management consulting desirable
