The role brief as follows:

Team - Securitized Products Trading

Valuations & Risk Assessment of Securitized Products

Underwriting of CMBS Securities

CMBS Credit Surveillance

Modeling new CMBS deals

Relevant Experience:

Detailed understanding of securitizations products - RMBS / CMBS

Candidate should be familiar with US CMBS Market updates

Working knowledge on VBA / Advanced Excel / MS Access / Macros
