AVP - Secondaries/Fund Accounting - CA

Responsibilities include:

- Supervise associates

- Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff

- Perform detailed review of quarterly investment reports including valuation gains and losses

- Perform a detailed review of financial statements from underlying fund managers

- Perform detailed review of journal entries and financial statements for fund vehicles

- Completion of journal entries and financial statements for complex fund vehicles, including carry allocations

- Coordinate and oversee cash management with accounting team

- Prepare or review Ares investor capital call and distribution calculations

- Coordinate and oversee work with external auditors
