AVP SEO role at Financial Services Company
Organic Business- AVP
- Create a robust SEO strategy for the business, including a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth on the owned media, website, mobile app, GBP/GMB and YouTube and other digital channels.
- Models the way for the SEO team to stay on top of SEO industry changes, social trends and search engine updates;
- Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO rankings working with engineering teams.
- Monitor key SEO KPIs, measure against goals, and present data on successes, shortcomings, and ways forward to senior leadership
- Mentors team members on SEO best practices & strategies
- Offer expert insight on trends and advancements in technology, SEO, Google algorithm updates, etc.
- Calculate and communicate ROI behind SEO projects and demonstrate value of SEO through insights and strategic rationale.
- Keep abreast of current search engine optimization strategies, technology and methods.
- Have a deep understanding of the user cohorts and driving conversion rate optimization campaigns across channels
- Instituting analytics frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, insight discovery, and performance reporting.
- Driving traffic and leads from partner websites/ publishing website and meeting KPI's
- Build a robust strategy for content publishing, targeting and optimization on partner/ publisher websites.
Desired Profile:
- 10-12+ years of hands-on development and execution of high-performing B2C demand generation strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns
- A technically-fluent marketer, with a deep understanding of and experience with interconnected marketing technologies, including ad platforms, web and digital analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM systems and marketing automation/ experience personalization tools like AEM/AEP/ Pardot/ MoEngage and similar
- Hands-on with SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming frog, Hotjar, copyscape
- Strong team-building skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Determine resourcing requirements and develop a resourcing plan (internal and external) required to support the demand generation strategy.
- Experience in BFSI sector would be an added advantage.
