AVP/SAVP/VP - Testing - IT

Job Description:

- Envision, develop and execute overall testing strategy by collaborating working with GM's application and business groups.

- Lead the testers and improve testing productivity and streamline UAT processes

- Innovatively develops process improvements periodically to streamline UAT process

- Strong hands-on expertise in developing test cases, methods and executing test cases with less guidance

- Coordinate and act as an SME between Business and Testing teams to independently develop test cases, manage end to end testing cycles working closely with GM Test Manager

- Good handle on test automation and suggest the best way to address testing needs of the application

Must Have:

- More than 10 to 15 years of experience

- Leadership skills in envisioning and building testing methodologies, optimization and mentoring

- Managerial skills in managing large testing team

- Expert testing skills in Manual and automated testing

- Strong communication skills

- Testing automation skills

Good to have:

- Background in security and data privacy

- Act as a Business analyst capacity as situation arises
