AVP - SAP FICO - BFS

Job Title : SAP FICO - AVP

Description :

- Candidate should have Overall 10-12 Years including 5 years in managing large Operations/ Support Team in a similar role.

- Candidate should be well versed in SAP FICO

- Candidate should have SAP GL, Fixed Assets, BI Reporting, Master Data Management, BPC Planning, BPC Consolidation, monitoring interfaces from/ to GL.

- Candidate should have Month end / Quarter End close support for Period maintenance, Allocation, FX processes.

- Candidate should have Ensure data reconciliation between SAP GL, Business warehouse and BPC Systems

- Candidate should have Responsible for ensuring that support issues are resolved timely and SLA are met

- Candidate should have good knowledge of Master Data Management and BI reporting

- Candidate should have Experience in managing high performing Operations Team.

- Candidate should have Good understanding of Business processes in Finance, Accounting and Reporting

- Candidate should have Experience in working in large global organization preferably in Financial Services Industry.

- Candidate should have Experience in global SAP Implementation / Support Projects

- Candidate should have Hands on experience troubleshooting & resolving issues in SAP GL, Controlling & Fixed Assets.

- Candidate should have Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Candidate should be Self-motivated and directed in establishing and executing on priorities

- Candidate should have Effective verbal and written Communication skills

- Candidate should have Entrepreneurial mindset towards developing team and identification of value add opportunities

- Candidate with PMP/ SAP certification (Preferable)
