Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented GM/AVP to lead and manage our Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Training function. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SFE strategies and training programs aimed at enhancing sales team performance, leadership capabilities, and overall business outcomes.

Sales Force Excellence (SFE) Strategy and Execution:

- Lead and manage the Sales Force Excellence (SFE) initiatives across the organization, ensuring a strong alignment between sales strategy and execution.

- Analyze sales performance data and conduct sales force planning to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize resource allocation.

- Continuously assess and implement best practices in sales management and SFE processes to drive alignment with business objectives.

Sales Leadership Development:

- Drive the implementation of sales leadership development programs that focus on building capabilities at all levels of the sales team.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute training programs that equip managers and sales teams with the skills necessary for effective leadership, performance management, and coaching.

Training and Development:

- Lead the development, execution, and ongoing improvement of training programs for the sales force, ensuring that training is relevant, impactful, and aligned with business goals.

- Design and deliver programs that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and sales strategies.

Digital Transformation and Innovation:

- Drive the digitization of SFE processes and training programs, ensuring the use of advanced tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.

- Implement digital learning platforms, e-learning modules, and other tech-driven solutions to deliver training programs that are scalable and accessible for the global sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to ensure the alignment of training, development, and SFE initiatives with organizational goals.

Successful Candidate must have:

- 15+ years of experience in Sales Training preferably in Pharma or manufacturing industry

- Location- Ahmedabad, alternate saturdays working

- Customer Centricity

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve result.

- Digital first mindset
