Job Description :
- Defining and presenting consistent company position and message through all avenues of contacts while developing a reputation in line with company business-growth objectives by increasing subscription revenue and market share of business
- Spearheading a team of people in operations/ sales along with additional professionals, including support staff of various other divisions.
- Achieving the business plans and setting up business relations with channel partners; penetrating market to improve the market shares by developing new & existing network/channels to enhance market penetration
- Excel in dealing with people at both levels (Business / Human) that not only ensures the maximum productivity but also the long-term loyalty with the highest retention rate
- Accountable for managing half of karnataka.
- Developing balanced business plans and product roadmap by instrumentally analyzing the competition brands, products, activities and strategies to win over the competition
- Implementing practice innovative business strategies to improve the product awareness and ensuring an enhanced brand visibility for the business for the whole assigned region
- Acting as a Company Representative and a key member of the MSO alliance committee. Participating in discussions and exchanging views over market scenario and way forward to increase the existing ARPU and better our business environment
